The COVID-19 outbreak forced everyone to adapt quickly to remote work, and Tracey acknowledges the challenges of virtual training but looks forward to better times when in-person interactions can resume. Tracey emphasizes the importance of taking chances and having mentors who support and guide you throughout your journey. She also believes that success should extend beyond career achievements and encompass personal fulfillment and work-life balance. Being self-employed has allowed Tracey to find that balance and take control of her professional and personal life, and she wouldn’t trade it for anything else.
